The main role of a Cover Supervisor is to assist students in a teacher’s absence using pre-set work. All materials are provided, ready to deliver to the class. Although you will not actively be teaching, it is vital that a Cover Supervisor has the confidence to manage behaviour and ensure the class stay on task. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals seeking to expand their experience in the field of education and teaching.
Both part-time and full-time positions are available offering increased flexibility. This role may involve working in different schools in the local area. To be considered for the role, candidates should possess relevant teaching or tutoring experience, or hold a teaching qualification. Additionally, two education-based references will be required as part of the application process.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
