We are seeking an enthusiastic and hands-on Construction Group Tutor to join a growing vocational education team. This is a highly rewarding position, supporting young people to reconnect with learning through practical, skills-based construction education.
Many of the learners you will support have additional needs or have struggled in more traditional educational environments. Your role will be to create an engaging and inclusive learning experience that helps them develop confidence, practical skills, and a positive relationship with education.
You will deliver training across a range of construction activities, including bricklaying, joinery, painting and decorating, and other related practical skills. Creativity and adaptability are key, as lessons will need to be tailored to suit varying abilities, interests, and learning styles.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
