A college in Gloucester is seeking committed and patient SEN Learning Support Assistants to join its dedicated Resources Base, supporting young people aged 16–19 with Autism and additional learning needs.
This provision focuses on life skills, communication, independence and real‑world readiness, offering a highly supportive environment where learners can grow in confidence and progress at their own pace.
This role is ideal for those with experience in care, SEN, behavioural support, youth work, or for graduates who are passionate about working with neurodiverse young people.
As an SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will:

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
