We are seeking a passionate and skilled Clinical, Forensic, or Counselling Psychologist to join a well-established, multidisciplinary team supporting young people with additional needs.
This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful and lasting impact. You will use evidence-based psychological approaches to support the emotional, cognitive, and behavioural development of young people, helping to prepare them for adulthood and independent living.
Working within a collaborative multi-disciplinary team (MDT), you will play both a clinical and advisory role-delivering direct interventions while also supporting and guiding non-clinical staff to better understand and respond to complex behaviours and communication needs.
We are looking for a confident and compassionate professional who is committed to improving outcomes for young people.
