About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to work full-time as an Unqualified Teacher / Classroom Supervisor in a secondary school in Tonypandy. You will be responsible for overseeing pre-set lessons across a variety of subjects for pupils in Years 7–11.

This is not a planning role—all lesson materials are provided. Your focus will be on maintaining a positive learning environment, managing behaviour effectively, and building strong relationships with pupils and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise whole-class lessons using pre-prepared materials
• Maintain classroom order and manage challenging behaviour confidently
• Engage students and ensure they remain on task
• Build rapport with pupils across different age groups and abilities
• Collaborate with teaching staff and follow school policies
• Act quickly and calmly in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 GCSEs (including core subjects such as English and Maths)
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
• Right to work in the UK
