Primary Class Teacher with TLR – Full Time

A very good primary school in Burnley is seeking an experienced full-time class teacher with a TLR to start in September 2026.

This post includes team leader responsibilities, so it is not suitable for ECTs. The successful candidate will be expected to support and lead colleagues alongside their classroom role.

The year group is yet to be decided and will depend on the experience and strengths of the appointed teacher.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has solid classroom experience in a primary setting
• Is confident taking on leadership and team responsibilities
• Has high expectations for pupils and staff
• Works well with others and contributes positively to the school

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
