About the Role
As a Children's Support Assistant, you will work across the school's three sites, supporting pupils within the:
Working alongside teachers, the ALNCo, therapists and other professionals, you will provide personalised support that enables children to achieve their individual goals and reach their full potential.
This is a varied and rewarding role where every day is different.

You will support pupils aged 3-11 years with a wide range of Additional Learning Needs, including:
The Specialist Teaching Facility consists of small classes of approximately 5-10 pupils, allowing staff to provide highly personalised support. Alongside supporting pupils within the specialist provision, you will also support learners accessing mainstream lessons and wider school life, helping to create a truly inclusive learning environment.
