We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Children's Support Workers to join a supported living setting for young people aged 16-18. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of young people who have experienced trauma and may face social, emotional, and mental health challenges.
This supported living provision provides a safe, nurturing environment where young people can develop the skills and confidence needed to live independently. The young people are encouraged to take ownership of their daily lives, with support tailored to their individual needs.
Please note:
As a Children's Support Worker, you will play a key role in helping young people develop the practical and emotional skills needed for adult life.
Your responsibilities will include:
This role operates on a three-week rolling rota with long-day sleep-in shifts.
Shift Pattern:
Please note that although this is a sleep-in shift, you may be required to provide support during the night if a young person needs assistance. Any time spent supporting young people overnight will be paid.
