Teaching Personnel is delighted to collaborate with a wonderful primary school in Crawley, dedicated to supporting young children with special needs. We're seeking playful, energetic, and resilient individuals to join our team as Child Support Workers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote positive behaviour and assist pupils in regulating their emotions.
  • Engage in a variety of activities, including soft/messy play, outdoor learning, arts and crafts, and phonics.
  • Working a part of an excellent, caring team of professionals.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in care, support work, or residential settings.
  • Background supporting individuals with autism, challenging behaviour, and difficulties regulating emotions.
