The minimum requirements for this role are:

  • Experience working with vulnerable children, young people and families.

  • Experience of working collaboratively with external agencies and multi-agency teams.
  • A resilient, organised and proactive approach to supporting children and families.
  • The right to work in the UK.
  • Two years' worth of references.
  • A current DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.

In return for your hard work and dedication you will receive:

  • Competitive pay rates.
  • Safeguarding training.
  • Access to additional CPD including Team Teach, Promoting Positive Behaviour and Autism Awareness.
  • Weekly pay.
  • Dedicated consultant support.
  • 'Refer a Friend' rewards bundle, where you and your referred candidate can earn up to £150 collectively.
