Your role is helping them write them properly.

As a Business Studies Teacher, you will teach KS4 and KS5 students how to structure responses, apply knowledge, and analyse real-world scenarios.

Key responsibilities
Teach Business Studies across KS4 and KS5
Explain topics such as finance, marketing, and operations
Support structured written responses
Prepare students for exams and coursework
Use real-world examples in teaching
Track progress and provide feedback
Maintain focused classroom routines

The classroom environment
Lessons are structured and purposeful
Students understand expectations
Behaviour is calm and consistent
Learning builds logically

Skills and experience
Experience teaching Business or a related subject
Strong communication and explanation skills
Organisation and planning
Classroom management

What success looks like
Improved written answers
Greater confidence before exams
Clear understanding of concepts

QTS is desirable; unqualified teachers are welcome to apply, particularly those with business, finance, or economics backgrounds
