Job Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 support to students who require additional behavioural and emotional support.
Support students in managing their behaviour and developing positive coping strategies.
* Assist with small-group activities both inside and outside the classroom.
* Work closely with teachers and SEN professionals to implement individual support strategies.
* Help students develop positive relationships, communication skills, and emotional regulation.
