Teaching Personnel is seeking a resilient, empathetic, and proactive Behaviour Mentor to support students within a specialist SEND provision in Bridgend.
This maintained special school caters for pupils aged 5-19 years with a range of additional learning needs, including Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (SEBD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
The successful candidate will work across varying key stages, so being flexible working with all ages is cruiclal. As a behaviour mentor you will be providing tailored support to help children manage behavioural and emotional challenges, develop positive relationships, and engage successfully in education.
