Do you have a passion for supporting children and young people with Social Emotional and Special Educational Needs (SEN)?

We're partnering with a well-established secondary school in Wigan, Greater Manchester, seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to inspire and support students on a 1-2-1 and small group basis.

We're looking for a Behaviour Mentor who is:

  • Passionate, enthusiastic, and reflective about teaching and learning.
  • Able to inspire and motivate students to achieve their best.
  • Caring, empathetic, and sensitive to students' needs.
  • Committed to raising standards and continuous self-improvement.
  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This role is ideal for graduates or those with a background in youth work, offering the opportunity to work with a diverse range of students and support them with SEN/SEMH/Behavioural issues.

Key Details:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.
  • Competitive daily rates starting at £84, paid weekly.
  • Immediate start.
  • Possibility of a temporary-to-permanent contract for the right candidate.
