Are you passionate about working with children and young people with Social, Emotional, and Special Educational Needs?

We are collaborating with a well-established secondary school located in the heart of Oldham, Greater Manchester.

The school is currently seeking a Behaviour Mentor who can inspire students and provide essential support on a 1-2-1 and small group basis.

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Behaviour Mentor who:

  • Is passionate, reflective, and dedicated to teaching and learning
  • Can motivate and inspire students to achieve their full potential
  • Demonstrates empathy, compassion, and understanding towards the needs of our students
  • Is committed to continuously improving standards through self-evaluation and school improvement processes
  • Works well in a team and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

This is an excellent opportunity for graduates or individuals with a background in youth work. You will have the chance to work with a diverse range of students and support with SEN/SEMH/Behavioural challenges.

This role offers a daily rate starting from £84, with potential for increase based on relevant experience.
