Do you have a passion for working with children and young people with social, emotional, and special educational needs?

We are currently seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join a well-established secondary school located in the heart of Wigan, Greater Manchester.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing vital support to students on a one-to-one and small group basis.

We are looking for a Behaviour Mentor who:

  • Is passionate, enthusiastic, and reflective about teaching and learning
  • Can inspire and motivate our students to achieve the best possible outcomes
  • Is caring, empathetic, and sensitive to the needs of our students
  • Is committed to continuously raising standards, self-evaluation, and school improvement
  • Is a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates or individuals with a background in youth work. The successful candidate will have the chance to work with a diverse range of students and support with SEN/SEMH/Behavioural issues.

  • Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
  • Pay rate: £84 to £95 per day, paid weekly
  • Immediate start
  • Possible temporary-to-permanent contract for the right candidate
