A client school in Blackpool, Lancashire (FY1) are recruiting for a behaviour support assistant to join their KS2 team on a full-time basis starting ASAP. The school are looking for a Teaching Assistant who has experience working with children who display challenging behaviour whilst liaising continually with the schools SENCO, Teachers and Parents.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting children with needs such as ADHD and ASC and will be able to implement effective behaviour management techniques at all times. The school would benefit from a compassionate TA who has a good sense of humour who is dedicated to assisting children with specific needs.

This post is to work in a modern primary school which was graded ‘GOOD’ at its last OFSTED inspection. The school boasts continual levels of progression for its children and has a strong, committed staffing team who adhere to the ‘inclusive’ ethos of the school. This primary school has a strong community feel and is looking for a Teaching Assistant who will get involved in all aspects of school life!
