Are you passionate about supporting young people to overcome barriers to learning? Do you have the confidence, resilience, and empathy to help students thrive both inside and outside the classroom?
We are looking for dedicated Behaviour Specialists / Behaviour Mentors to work within supportive secondary schools, helping students develop positive behaviours, build confidence, and achieve their full potential.
Whether you have experience working in schools, youth work, coaching, social care, residential care, or another behaviour support setting, we'd love to hear from you.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
