We are seeking a Behaviour Mentor to support pupils who require additional guidance in managing behaviour, attendance and engagement within school.

Working closely with pastoral leaders, the successful candidate will play an important role in helping pupils overcome barriers to learning and achieve positive outcomes.

The position would suit candidates with previous experience in education, youth work, social care, sports coaching or mentoring.

Strong relationship-building skills, resilience and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
