We are thrilled to partner with a prestigious school specialising in supporting students with SEN EBD (Special Educational Needs - Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) in Salford. This school, primarily catering to secondary students, is committed to providing tailored education to students with EHCPs (Education, Health, and Care Plans). Many students require assistance due to challenges associated with Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) issues.

•Competitive daily remuneration, starting from £77+ per day (wage contingent on experience).

•Long-term position with the prospect of securing a permanent role within the school.

•Weekly payment via timesheets (no intermediary agency or umbrella company fees). Your role will involve offering crucial assistance to a dynamic group of students, contributing to the establishment of a nurturing and inclusive learning atmosphere.

•Supporting EHCP Students: oDeliver personalised support to students with EHCPs, ensuring their specific needs are addressed.

oWork closely with the teaching staff to implement and adjust individualised learning strategies.

•Promoting Inclusive Learning: oCultivate a positive and inclusive learning environment that accommodates diverse needs.

oProvide one-on-one or small group support as needed, fostering a sense of belonging.

•Team Collaboration: oSupport teachers during classroom activities, adapting your approach to suit each student's unique requirements.

oCollaborate with fellow staff to tackle challenges and celebrate achievements. Requirements:

•Previous experience working with SEN or SEMH students is essential.

•Current Enhanced DBS check registered with the Update Service or willingness to undergo one upon application.

•Eligibility to work in the UK.

•Registration with Teaching Personnel before commencement (vetting procedures and references from the last two years of employment will be necessary).
