A supportive and forward-thinking Specialist School in Newbury is seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join their team as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with pupils who require guidance in managing their behaviour and emotions, helping them to thrive both academically and personally.

As a Behaviour Mentor, your responsibilities will include:
* Providing consistent 1:1 support to pupils with behavioural needs
* Implementing behaviour management strategies and de-escalation techniques
* Building strong, trusting relationships with students
* Supporting pupils in developing emotional regulation and social skills
* Working collaboratively with teaching staff and other support professionals
* Contributing to a positive and structured learning environment
* ASAP start in a well-connected Newbury location

This role would suit someone with experience in education, youth work, care, or a similar field. A strong understanding of SEMH needs and behaviour management approaches is highly beneficial.
