We are seeking enthusiastic and resilient Teaching Assistants to support a specialist school in Salisbury on an adhoc/ flexible basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of young people aged 4–16 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and associated challenges.

• Supporting pupils both in and out of the classroom
• Building positive relationships and acting as a positive role model
• Assisting with learning activities tailored to individual needs
• Supporting emotional regulation and promoting positive behaviour
• Working closely with teaching staff to create a safe and engaging learning environment

• At least 6 months consistent experience working with children or young people
• A calm, patient and adaptable approach
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence working with pupils who may display challenging behaviours
• A genuine passion for supporting young people to achieve their potential
• Must be able to work 08:15 - 15:00 on the days you are available
