Aspiring Assistant Psychologist - SEN Teaching Assistant - Luton

Are you a Psychology graduate looking to take your first step toward a career as an Aspiring Assistant Psychologist in educational and training or clinical psychology? We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Aspiring Assistant Psychologist to join a dedicated team in Luton. In this role, you will work closely with students who have a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, and social, emotional, and mental health challenges.

What you'll be doing - Luton:

  • Supporting students on a 1:1 and small group basis in the education and training sector
  • Assisting with the implementation of tailored learning and behaviour strategies
  • Working alongside teachers, therapists, and educational psychologists
  • Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
  • Gaining valuable insight into child development, behaviour, and SEN support

What we're looking for - Aspiring Assistant Psychologist:

  • A degree in Psychology or a related field
  • A genuine interest in pursuing a career in psychology, education, or mental health
  • Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
  • Ability to commute to Luton
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to education and training
