An Art Teacher is needed in a mixed Secondary School & Sixth Form in South London.

This Art Teacher role will be full time and long term with scope to go permanent.

If appointed as an Art Teacher you will be required to teach across all key stages.

Standard class teacher responsibilities apply to this Art Teacher role. These include but are not limited to; planning lessons, assessing pupils progress and attending meetings/parents evenings.

The rates of pay for this Art Teacher position will be between £170 and £260 a day, depending on the experiences and qualifications of each applicant.

99% of students remain in education or employment after Key Stage 4.

There are 1300 pupils aged 11 to 18 and over 350 pupils in Sixth Form.

Requirements

You can apply if you are a newly qualified Art Teacher or experienced Art Teacher.

Applications are also welcome if you are a British trained Art Teacher or overseas trained Art Teacher.

All applicants must have the following as a must in order to be considered for this position as an Art Teacher:

• Right to work in the UK
• UK QTS or overseas equivalent
• Clear and up to date Enhanced DBS
• Experiencing of working as an Art Teacher in UK schools
