Are you a passionate and creative Art Teacher looking to inspire the next generation of young artists? We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher to join a welcoming and supportive school in Middlesbrough from September 2026.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is committed to nurturing creativity, encouraging self-expression, and helping students develop both artistic skills and confidence.
As an Art Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and imaginative lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel encouraged to explore their creativity
- Support students in developing practical artistic techniques and creative thinking skills
- Assess progress and provide constructive feedback to help students achieve their potential
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning across the school
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching Art (preferred but not essential)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- A proactive and creative approach to teaching and learning
- A genuine passion for inspiring young people through art education
