Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with multiple ALN provisions and specialist units across Carmarthenshire and are seeking passionate and motivated ALN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with a range of Additional Learning Needs.

This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced ALN specialists and those looking to develop their skills within a supportive, flexible setting.

• Supporting pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) including ASC, ADHD, and social, emotional, and behavioural needs
• Working within specialist ALN provisions and units
• Delivering reading and writing interventions to support literacy development
• Supporting pupils to access the community, encouraging social engagement and life skills
• Promoting independence, confidence, and daily living skills
• Building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
• Adapting support to meet individual learning and care needs

• Previous experience supporting ALN is desirable but not essential
