We are currently seeking a reliable and organised School Administration Assistant to support a secondary school from September 2026, working through our education supply agency.

This role is ideal for someone with previous school or office‑based administrative experience who enjoys working in a busy educational environment and supporting teaching staff and pupils.

  • Providing front‑office and administrative support within the school
  • Managing phone calls, emails, and visitor sign‑in
  • Supporting attendance records, student data, and filing systems
  • Assisting teaching and pastoral staff with day‑to‑day admin tasks
  • Using school systems such as SIMS/Arbor (desirable, not essential)
  • Previous administrative experience (school experience preferred)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
  • Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
