A specialist school in Bicester is seeking a dedicated, caring and enthusiastic ABA Assistant to join their team. This role is ideal for aspiring Educational Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, Behaviour Analysts, Therapists, or Teachers who want to build valuable, hands-on experience working with young people and developing their understanding of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA).

As an ABA Assistant, you will:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual students' needs.
• Support students with their communication, social skills, independence and learning.
• Follow individualised behaviour and learning programmes under the guidance of experienced staff.
• Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based strategies to encourage positive behaviours and engagement.

We're looking for an ABA Assistant who is:

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
• Contract: Full-time
