Teaching Personnel are working with a mainstream primary school in the SK14 area that are seeking a caring, patient and dedicated 1:1 Complex Needs Support Assistant to join their friendly primary school team on a fixed-term basis.

The successful candidate will provide individualised support to a pupil with complex needs, helping them access learning, develop independence and participate fully in school life. Responsibilities will include supporting learning activities, communication, personal care where required, and promoting the pupil’s wellbeing, safety and inclusion.

The ideal candidate will have a nurturing approach, excellent communication skills and experience supporting children with additional needs, although a willingness to learn and a positive attitude are equally valued.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
