Support Young People Through Personalised Tuition

Are you dedicated to helping learners reach their full potential? TP Tutors is seeking enthusiastic SEN Tutors to provide one-to-one tuition across Farnborough and surrounding areas.

Working with children and young people with autism, ADHD, SEMH, and other additional learning needs, you'll provide individualised support that helps learners build confidence, remain engaged, and achieve academic success.

Location: Farnborough and surrounding areas

What does the role offer?
Contract: Flexible part-time and full-time opportunities
Pay: £25 per hour
Delivery: One-to-one tuition in schools, community venues, or learners' homes

What will your day-to-day responsibilities involve?
• Provide engaging one-to-one tuition sessions
• Require to travel to tuition locations in their local area
• Modify lessons to meet individual learner requirements
• Encourage confidence and educational independence
• Monitor attainment and progress
• Develop positive partnerships with families, schools, and professionals

What experience is required?
• Experience working with children or young people with SEN/SEND
• Background in tutoring, education, mentoring, youth work, or similar positions
• Understanding of safeguarding procedures
• Ability to travel within Farnborough and surrounding areas
• Strong communication skills
