TP Tutors is looking for compassionate and motivated SEN Tutors to work with children and young people across Bournemouth, delivering personalised one-to-one learning support outside of mainstream classroom settings.

As an SEN Tutor, you will provide tailored tuition sessions designed around each learner’s unique strengths and challenges. You’ll help students build confidence, engage with education positively, and achieve meaningful progress at their own pace.

• Deliver engaging one-to-one tuition sessions
• Support pupils with additional needs including ASD, ADHD, anxiety, and SEMH
• Create adaptable lesson plans suited to individual learning styles
• Foster positive relationships that encourage trust and motivation
• Deliver sessions within homes, libraries, or community settings
• Monitor progress and provide feedback where required

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience supporting children or young people with SEN
• Calm, patient, and adaptable approach
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Understanding of safeguarding responsibilities
• Ability to travel locally across Bournemouth

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
