Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Ashford and surrounding areas
Hours: Flexible (Part-Time / Full-Time)

You'll work one-to-one with learners, creating tailored sessions that support academic development, boost confidence, and encourage a positive approach to learning.

• Deliver engaging, individualised tutoring sessions
• Support students with a range of Special Educational Needs
• Adapt lesson plans to suit different learning styles
• Foster independence, motivation, and resilience
• Monitor and evaluate student progress

• Experience in tutoring, teaching, or SEN support
• A patient and adaptable approach
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills
• Knowledge of safeguarding and student welfare
• Ability to travel across the Ashford area
