Teaching Personnel are working alongside schools across Blackpool and the Fylde looking for experienced Teaching Assistants, who have a passion for supporting children and young people, to join their inclusive and supportive learning environment. The successful TA will work closely with the class teacher either across KS1 or KS2, supporting pupils with EHCPs to provide tailored assistance to help them grow personally and academically. EHCPs (Educational Health Care Plans) will have to be followed, having been designed personally to meet the needs of the child.

We are looking for quality practitioners to support their commitment to making a difference. To be considered for these roles, you will have experience working with individuals with additional needs. Ideally, you will have experience working with children, but this isn’t essential and care/youth work/support experience will be considered.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
