Location: East Midlands, Northamptonshire, Rushden

Salary: £25.00 Per hour

  • Provide personalised academic support to students on a one-to-one basis
  • Create tailored lesson plans based on individual student needs
  • Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
  • Communicate effectively with parents/guardians to provide updates on student performance
  • Utilise a variety of teaching strategies to engage and motivate students
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance and academic progress
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience in delivering personalised tuition
  • Strong knowledge of the UK national curriculum
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • Minimum of 1 years' experience in teaching or tutoring role
  • Understanding of different learning styles and how to cater to them
  • Proficient in using educational technology and resources
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Postgraduate qualification in Education
  • Experience working with students with special educational needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
