Teaching Personnel are recruiting for an SEN Teaching Assistant. Applicants should have experience supporting children with SEN, particularly those with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health challenges (SEMH).

This role will involve working 1:1 with a specific student and acting as an attachment figure. Applicants should demonstrate a genuine passion for the children in their care, be confident in managing challenging behaviours and de-escalating situations effectively as well as possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate needs to be emotionally resilient and patient. Whilst challenging, this role is greatly rewarding when celebrating small milestones. This is a full-time role to provide consistency for the student.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
