At TP, we support some of the most vulnerable young people who struggle to access and engage with mainstream school. Our tuition is in place to academically support young people; helping them bridge gaps in their learning, grow in confidence and consolidate their learning. We also are here, to help young people re-engage with learning, find their passion, and reintegrate into the wider community.

I am looking for educators who are passionate in supporting young people on a 1:1 basis, by establishing a great working relationship and encouraging them through interactive and tailored individualised sessions!

 

I am recruiting educators who can support young people at a EYFS level, who are local to Bicester.

 

This tutor role involves:

  • Working with children who have SEN/ SEMH needs or looked after (LAC).
  • Providing educational sessions face to face with children at their homes or a public space e.g. library, community centre, etc.
  • Planning resources around the child’s needs, developing their knowledge in core subjects such as Maths, English and Science.

You will need to:

  • Have QTS or be a Higher Level Teaching Assistant or SEN/ SEMH experience!    
  • Be highly engaging and able to build effective working relationships with children
  • Manage and implement a range of behaviour strategies
