Salary: £20 - £30 Per hour

  • Provide one-on-one tutoring to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Develop individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities
  • Implement effective teaching strategies to support students in achieving academic goals
  • Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
  • Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and other professionals involved in the students' education
  • Experience working with students with SEN
  • Strong understanding of SEN strategies and interventions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring students with SEN
  • Knowledge of the UK educational system and SEN policies
  • Ability to create engaging and effective learning materials
  • Patience and empathy when working with students with SEN
  • Specialist SEN qualification or training
  • Experience with specific SEN conditions such as autism, dyslexia, ADHD, etc.
  • Work primarily in a school or home educational setting
  • May require travel to different locations to meet with students
  • Work closely with students, parents, and educational staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
