Pay Rate: £25 - £30 per hour

TP Tutors is looking for a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 SEN Tutor to provide tailored educational support to pupils in the Darlington area. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in a young person's academic progress, confidence, and engagement with learning.

• Deliver personalised 1:1 tuition sessions tailored to individual learning needs.
• Support pupils with a range of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and other additional needs.
• Plan and adapt lessons to suit each student's abilities and learning style.
• Track progress and provide regular feedback.
• Build positive and supportive relationships with pupils, parents/carers, and schools.

• Experience working with children or young people with SEN.
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
• Ability to create engaging and inclusive learning environments.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
• Right to work in the UK.
