1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant – Warrington (Full-Time)

A primary school in Warrington is looking for a dedicated 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to support a pupil in KS1 with complex needs.

The Role:

• Providing 1:1 support for a pupil with additional needs
• Implementing individual support plans
• Supporting emotional regulation and engagement
• Working closely with SENCo and external professionals

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience supporting pupils with SEND
• Calm, patient and resilient
• Knowledge of behaviour strategies and interventions
• Team player with good communication skills
