1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant New

Location: Warrington
Start Date: September 2026

A primary school is seeking a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with additional needs. This role requires patience, empathy, and a proactive approach.

The Role:

• Providing 1:1 support to a pupil with SEN
• Implementing individual learning plans
• Supporting emotional and behavioural needs
• Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working with children with SEN
• Calm and nurturing approach
• Strong communication skills
• Relevant TA qualification desirable

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
