Teaching Personnel are seeking a resilient, proactive Learning Support Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with a secondary school pupils.
This is a full-time position based in a welcoming secondary school in cramlington, ideal for someone passionate about inclusion, behaviour support, and making a real impact in a young person’s life.
About the Role
As a dedicated 1:1 LSA, your role will focus on helping the pupil stay safe, supported, and engaged throughout the school day. You'll work closely with teaching staff, pastoral leads, and the school’s SEN team to deliver personalised support and build a strong, trusting relationship with the student.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
