1:1 Maths and English Tutor

£25.00 Per hour

As a 1:1 Maths and English Tutor, you will be responsible for providing personalised tutoring sessions to students in Maths and English. This includes assessing students' needs, developing tailored lesson plans, and delivering engaging and effective teaching sessions.

- A relevant degree in Maths or English

- Teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent)

- Proven experience in tutoring Maths and English

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Maths or English

Previous experience in tutoring Maths and English, preferably in a 1:1 setting

- Strong understanding of the national curriculum for Maths and English

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs

- Master's degree in Education or related field

- Additional teaching certifications

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
