Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to work within a welcoming and supportive SEN primary school in the Wigan area. This specialist provision supports pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Speech and Language Communication Needs (SLCN) and sensory processing difficulties. The school is committed to providing a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every child is supported to achieve their full potential.

The Role
As a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant, you will provide dedicated support to an individual pupil throughout the school day, helping them access learning, develop confidence, and achieve personalised targets. Working closely with class teachers and SEN professionals, you will play a key role in supporting the child's educational and emotional development.
