Are you a compassionate and dedicated 1:1 Learning Support Assistant looking for a rewarding opportunity in a primary school? Do you have experience supporting children with additional needs and want to make a real difference to a child's education?
We're recruiting a committed 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to work within welcoming mainstream primary schools across Rugby, Warwickshire, supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis from September.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Learning Support Assistant, Teaching Assistant, or someone with relevant school-based or SEND experience who is passionate about helping children thrive.

A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential for candidates with relevant experience.
We work closely with a number of welcoming primary schools throughout Rugby and Warwickshire, matching talented support staff with rewarding opportunities where they can have a genuine impact on children's learning and wellbeing.
