Behaviour Support Intervention Specialist

Protocol Education is looking to appoint Behaviour Support Workers to work with young people with behavioural difficulties in a specialist provision in the Middlesbrough area. Positions are Full time; term time only and can run from Half a term up to the whole academic year.
A background in Community and Care, Sports or if you have been a Youth Worker or Learning Mentor is desirable for this role.
You will need to be flexible, have plenty of enthusiasm, motivation, good communication skills and the ability to work 1-1 or with small groups on specific programmes if required.
