About the role:


We are currently looking to increase our pool of candidates for home tuition that will be starting up again in the next academic year. You have the opportunity to help the progression of a pupil requiring tuition due to them not getting the most out of a mainstream school. The students you will be working with require a patient, caring and resilient individual due to their needs.


You will:


Work on a 1:1 basis for 2 days a week with a student (Wednesday and Friday), helping the student develop their academic learning covering basic work and subjects. Due to the complexity of this case the tutor needs to be highly experienced with severe learning difficulties.


Teachers have to do their own PPA (planning, prep, assessment) with a report of progress to be done every half term.


All work is done within the school day.


Candidate requirements:


You must currently be a qualified UK teacher, who has experience working with students with difficulties with at least 1+ years of teaching experience.

We pay 50 for a recommendation of an experienced teaching assistant and 150 will be paid for a recommendation of a qualified teacher (with QTS). Payment will be made after the teaching assistant or teacher has worked 20 FULL days through Classroom.
