This fantastic SEN school caters for children with learning difficulties aged 4-16 and aims to improve the learning and social development of the pupils and help them to grow into confident and independent individuals.

Your responsibilities will include:
-Working on a 1:1 basis and in small groups with pupils
-Providing feedback to teacher on students' progress and development
-Creating a secure and positive classroom environment
-Supervising and monitoring behaviour
-Following the individual learning plans set by the teacher

An ideal candidate may possess the following skills and capabilities:
-The ability to build positive and appropriate relationships with students and teachers
-A passion for working with SEN children
-Own means of transport (this is essential)
-Am ability to support the general well-being of students
-Good numeracy and literacy skills
