Intervention LSA for Key Stage 2
Job DescriptionThis forward thinking and innovative school are seeking a hard-working and imaginative Learning Support Assistant to deliver Interventions to small groups of students and individuals. Situated minutes from Highbury and Islington station allows great acces to transport links from all corners of London.
The school offers excellent specialist spaces for interventions to be delivered and a Leadership team who respect work/life balance. The role will involve working with small groups and individuals focusing on core subjects, you will work alongside the class teachers mainly with students in Year 5 and Year 6.
You must have;
Excellent knowledge of the Key Stage 2 Curriculum and Year 6 SATs
Consistently high expectations of all pupils
Outstanding team work
A commitment to continuous professional development
Positive relationships with children, parents, colleagues
Creative and flexible approaches to teaching
Excellent behaviour management
A high regard for inclusion and equality
