Salary Scale £17,772 to £20,661 per annum.

Are you seeking your next exciting challenge? Do you believe there are 'no limits' to the outcomes that can be achieved for all young people, regardless of background?

This key role at Specialist Education Services highly acclaimed (Ofsted Outstanding May 2017) Schools and Children's' Homes aims to develop a personalised Information Advice and Guidance (IAG) response for all young people residing and learning with us.

In order to further develop the 'Outstanding' provision offered to all young people at SES, we are seeking to recruit an additional creative mind who will recognise the potential in each and every one of our young people. The role of IAG Facilitator has the opportunity to work across both SES establishments to source and develop prospects that are in the best interests of our learners' progress and maximise the impact of the outcomes they will achieve. There are 'no limits' to what this may look like. As IAG Facilitator you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team and contribute towards the development and delivery of a bespoke care and educational curriculum. This rewarding role requires a high degree of external liaison, organisation, and adaptability. SES offers a 'No Limits' approach to the development of this role. The successful individual will be provided with the opportunity to develop their skills and professional qualifications through an outstanding Staff Support and Development Programme (already achieving Investor's in People Gold), and receive a personalised professional development plan to further enhance their skills and expertise in this area. This role is a full time contract based on 37 hours per week, which aim to be divided equally across the two SES establishments, and will require a degree of flexible working in order to support young people in attending open evenings, open days and work experience as required. The holiday entitlement of 35 days per year will be taken in liaison with direct line managers at both establishments. Interviews will be held on Friday 26th January 2018.
