Job Description

The Department of Economics at the University of Chicago invites
applications for a full-time position up to a three-year term as a
Lecturer beginning in the 2 academic year. The successful
applicant will teach five one-quarter courses in introductory or
higher level undergraduate economics and will advise undergraduate
students. Qualifications for appointment include a demonstrated
record of excellent teaching in an intermediate level economics
course. An economist with experience in econometrics, industrial
organization, microeconomics, macroeconomics, regulation,
development, and related fields is preferred. Applicants must have
a completed PhD and teaching experience.
